64. Alcohol 101- Part 2- How Much?

Part 2 of Alcohol during Alcohol Awareness Month! In this episode we will further discuss the 'how much' concept. When is drinking considered 'at risk' vs 'acceptable'? (Disclaimer- no amount of any kind of alcohol is considered 'safe'). We will also discuss what is actually considered one drink. Finally, we will dive deeper into the effects of alcohol and tolerance.
